Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a regional position covering the 14 Western states. This role is a great fit for recent CDL graduates ready to start their driving career, as well as experienced drivers looking for a strong regional opportunity. New graduates will begin with an experienced trainer before transitioning to solo runs on Western regional lanes.
Compensation & Benefits
$1,000 - $1,200 per week
Post-training pay of $0.43 to $0.57 per mile, based on experience
Experienced drivers earn $0.50 to $0.71 per mile
Training pay of $850 per week for drivers with under 6 months of experience
Monthly safety bonus up to $0.06 per mile
Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
Job Details
Regional lanes covering all states west of the Mississippi
100% no-touch freight in 53' dry van trailers
Mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload
Bi-weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset
Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,300 miles
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited truck driving school, or prior Class A driving experience
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in the past 5 years
Stable work history within the past 10 years
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
