COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Earnings Potential: Average $1,750 weekly; top earners make $2,000+ per week (~$89,000 yearly average)
Pay Structure: Up to $1.44 all-in per mile
Base CPM: $0.77 (0–11 mos) up to $0.80 (36+ mos)
Accessorials: $265 per full trailer unload, $15 per stop, $35 per backhaul, and a $125 weekly bonus for 3+ completed loads
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 cash bonus paid across milestones up to 180 days
SCHEDULE & ROUTE DETAILS
Home Time: Get back home 3–4 times weekly (typically every other day for a 10-hour break)
Operational Expectation: Night, weekend, and holiday shifts required as scheduled (minimum 3 loads per week)
Mileage & Region: ~1,100 average weekly miles covering VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV (all within 700 miles of the terminal)
Cargo Handling:100% touch freight (driver unloads box by box utilizing rollers, 1 to 6 stops per load)
Orientation Training: 1-week paid training ride-along ($150/day)
