Position Overview

We are seeking a remote CDL Driver Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, qualify, and assist professional truck drivers through the application and hiring process.

This is an independent-contractor, commission-only position. There is no hourly wage, salary, or guaranteed base pay.

Compensation

• Commission only
• $700–$1,000 per eligible successful hire
• No hourly wage or base salary
• Earnings depend on completed, qualifying hires and individual performance
• Commission qualifications and payment timing will be explained before onboarding

• Responsibilities

• Locate and generate CDL-A driver leads
• Contact drivers by phone, text, and other approved communication methods
• Ask qualifying questions regarding experience, driving history, location, and job preferences
• Review available positions and match drivers with suitable opportunities
• Clearly explain position requirements, pay, home time, freight, and hiring areas
• Assist qualified drivers through the application process
• Submit complete and accurate driver information
• Maintain organized records of conversations, applications, and follow-ups
• Follow up consistently throughout the hiring process
• Communicate professionally with drivers and company leadership

• Professional and respectful communication with every driver

• Previous recruiting, sales, customer-service, transportation, or trucking-industry experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided.

  This opportunity is paid entirely through commissions. It does not include an hourly wage, salary, guaranteed income, or traditional employee benefits. Commissions are earned only when a submitted candidate meets the company's requirements for an eligible successful hire.
