Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Class A Welder to join our manufacturing team in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication on a variety of metal components while ensuring all work meets strict quality, safety, and production standards.

The ideal Class A Welder is highly skilled in multiple welding processes, can interpret technical drawings with precision, and takes pride in producing exceptional workmanship.
Required Experience & Skills
Advanced welding experience required
AWS certification or equivalent preferred
Proficiency with MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, procedures, and fabrication methods
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent required;technical training preferred
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform advanced welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core, or other approved welding processes
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication
Inspect completed welds for strength, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and related tools
Work with a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals
Assist with quality improvement and continuous production initiatives as needed
Preferred Qualifications
AWS or equivalent welding certification
Experience in heavy fabrication or structural welding
Multi-process welding experience
Manufacturing or industrial production background
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and handle heavy materials as needed
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in overhead or confined positions throughout the shift
Ability to wear welding PPE for extended periods
Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
Work Environment
Manufacturing and fabrication facility
Exposure to welding fumes, heat, sparks, noise, and heavy equipment
Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and safety
PPE required at all times while working on the production floor
