Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Class B Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Catoosa, OK. This role is responsible for welding, fitting, and assembling metal components while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and workplace safety.

The ideal Class B Welder has experience with multiple welding processes, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing quality workmanship in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous welding experience REQUIRED
Experience with MIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
Ability to fit, align, and assemble parts for welding
Ability to read a tape measure and interpret basic prints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding on metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding specifications
Fit, align, and assemble parts prior to welding
Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition
Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Support fabrication and production operations as needed
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and fabrication environment
Exposure to welding equipment, heat, sparks, noise, and heavy materials
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movement
Required use of PPE including welding gear and safety equipment
