Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Class B Welder to join a manufacturing team supporting fabrication operations in the Pryor area. This role is responsible for welding, assembling, repairing, and fabricating metal components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2+ years of welding experience REQUIRED
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Experience welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
Strong understanding of welding safety procedures and fabrication best practices
Experience with grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, cutting, and material prep
Ability to inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality welds according to blueprints and production specifications
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and staging components
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, consistency, and structural compliance
Perform modifications, repairs, and fabrication assembly work as needed
Monitor welding equipment and maintain proper operating conditions
Support additional fabrication tasks including riveting and small-part assembly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements

Preferred Experience

Welding certification from an accredited institution (preferred)
Experience with aluminum welding or heavy equipment manufacturing
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality systems

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and shop movement
Ability to work in multiple welding positions and fabrication conditions

Work Environment

Industrial welding / manufacturing environment
Exposure to welding equipment, sparks, metal materials, fabrication machinery, and active production operations
PPE required at all times
