Job Introduction

Make a real difference — every single day

Are you passionate about unlocking potential in young people who need it most? We are looking for a warm, resilient and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit team at The Stables — a specialist independent school nestled in the heart of the Norfolk countryside.

We specialise in supporting children aged 6–14 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, including trauma and attachment. Our small class sizes, bespoke curriculum and deep commitment to every child's wellbeing mean that every member of staff truly matters.

At The Stables, you won't just assist in a classroom — you'll be a trusted attachment figure, a cheerleader for progress, and an active part of a team that transforms lives.
