About this role:

As a Medical Oncology Advanced Practice Provider, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient?centered cancer care. In this role, you will provide high?quality care to adults in our Classical Hematology Clinic, including developing treatment plans, managing symptoms, and working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary hematology/oncology team. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessmentssuch as detailed histories and physical examinationsand supporting patients through complex decision?making and care transitions. Your work will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience for patients and their families.

• This position includes up to $7,500in relocation assistance, if applicable

• Your work schedule will be Monday- Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm

• Practice Location: LDS Hospital

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Confidently manage patient encounters through telehealth platforms

• Patient Volume: Average of 8-12 patient visits per day

What youll bring:

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

• 1-2 years of experience as an APP, strongly preferred.

  • New graduates will be considered with a cover letter outlining their interest in Oncology and the factors that have drawn them to the specialty.

• Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred

• Demonstrated strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast?paced, team?oriented environment

• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
