What Were Looking For
Certified or soon-to-be-certified teachers in Elementary Education K-6 or PK-4 preferred
Strong instructional skills in early literacy foundational math and early childhood development
Ability to teach phonics reading comprehension writing and foundational numeracy
Commitment to developing strong classroom routines and positive learning environments
Passion for helping young children build confidence curiosity and a love for learning
Commitment to equity excellence and continuous professional growth
Strong classroom leadership communication and collaboration skills
