Job Description:

Tolland Intermediate School serves about 484 students grades 3-5. We are seeking a classroom teacher.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

Strong understanding of curriculum for the primary grades.

Enthusiasm for teaching and learning

Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a grade level team

Ability to meet the diverse learning needs of elementary age learners

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Prior teaching experience preferred

Knowledge of Fundations and Science of Reading a plus

CT Teaching Certification required.
