Job Description:
A long-term substitute teacher plays a crucial role in maintaining educational continuity during the primary teachers absence. This position requires the candidate to effectively implement lesson plans, adhere to existing curriculum standards, and create a positive learning environment. Valid Connecticut State Department of Education Certification in Education.
Proven experience in teaching school students.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
Strong understanding of elementary school curriculum and instructional strategies.
Ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching practices.
