Classroom Teacher

Job Summary
Seeking a strong Christian educator to inspire and educate students, fostering curiosity, and promote critical thinking. We have a comprehensive curriculum to utilize in planning. Small classrooms 5-12 students per class.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans
• Utilize technology tools to facilitate interactive learning
• Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and standardized exams
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Support students through tutoring sessions, academic advising, and mentoring to foster their scientific curiosity and achievement.
• Maintain accurate grade records for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Education or related content area
• Classroom experience in education
• Ability to design and instruct effective plans
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, and administration.
