Responsibilities • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Connecticut State Standards. • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. • Assess and monitor student progress providing timely feedback and support. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and student learning. • Maintain a professional and respectful classroom environment. • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices.
Qualifications • Valid Connecticut State Certification in Mathematics Grades 7-12. • Bachelors degree in Mathematics or a related field. • Masters degree preferred. • Strong knowledge of best practices in teaching and learning. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement.
