Job Description:

Saugatuck Elementary School is seeking a Math Support Teacher to join a talented team of educators. The qualified candidate will work in collaboration with dedicated staff both in classrooms and support settings.

Qualifications:

• Appropriate CT Certification Required - (013) or other elementary certification with K-5 grades;
• Minimum 5-years teaching experience required;
• Experience in multiple elementary grade levels preferred;
• Demonstrated understanding of mathematical pedagogy and interest in the subject;
• Ability to consult with teachers and provide professional development around small group instruction, student goals, and intervention strategies;
• Ability to analyze data in order to inform school-level and district level decisions and to use data to inform practice and differentiation; and
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: According to the Teachers' contract (2025-2028)
