Job Description:
PARK CITY PREP is an urban, public charter school, located in Bridgeport, recognized as a "School of Distinction" by the Connecticut State Department of Education.
Our mission is to promote academi7 school year.
Qualified candidates will hold, or will be eligible for, certification to teach mathematics.
Preferred candidates will have:
effective classroom management skills;
expertise in teaching upper, middle school mathematics, including pre-algebra;
familiarity with, and understanding of, Connecticut Core Standards;
ability to establish rapport with, and command the respect of, middle school
students;
a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of urban youth; and,
a genuine belief that inner-city students can succeed at the highest level.
