What Were Looking For
Certified or soon-to-be-certified teachers in Mathematics Middle-Level Math or Secondary Math
Strong ability to teach middle school mathematics concepts including ratios proportional reasoning expressions equations geometry and data analysis
Ability to develop engaging lessons that promote critical thinking problem-solving and mathematical reasoning
Experience using data and assessments to drive instruction and support student growth
Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues families and instructional leaders
Commitment to equity excellence and continuous professional growth
