Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Create a nurturing and Christ -centered learning environment for K -3 students.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Develop and implement engaging, age -appropriate lesson plans aligned with our school's curriculum.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Foster a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Integrate biblical principles into daily instruction and classroom management.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student growth.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- A clear testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education and agreement with our school's Statement of Faith and community lifestyle statements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Clear FBI/BCI background check.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Valid state teaching license (or ability to obtain one).
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Previous experience teaching in a K -3 setting is preferred but not required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.<\/span>
