Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>- Teach one or more of the following subject areas: <\/span><\/span>English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, or Bible<\/span><\/span><\/b> in a Grades 4 -6 classroom setting.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Create a nurturing and Christ -centered learning environment that fosters academic growth and spiritual development.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Develop and implement engaging, subject -specific lesson plans aligned with our school's curriculum.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Integrate biblical principles into instruction and classroom activities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback to guide their learning.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/span><\/span><\/div>
- A clear testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education and agreement with our school's Statement of Faith and community lifestyle statements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Commitment to upholding the Christian mission and values of Lake Center Christian School.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Clear FBI/BCI background check.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with an emphasis in one or more of the listed subject areas.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Valid state teaching license (or ability to obtain one).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Previous teaching experience in Grades 4 -6 is preferred but not required.<\/span>
