Lake Center Christian School is seeking passionate and qualified educators to join our
Grades 7 -12 Teaching Applicant Pool<\/b>. While we do not have immediate openings, we are proactively building a pool of talented candidates for potential teaching positions that may become available in the future.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>- Teach one or more of the following subject areas: English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, or Bible in a secondary classroom setting.
<\/li> - Develop and implement engaging, subject -specific lesson plans aligned with our school's curriculum.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Foster critical thinking, academic excellence, and spiritual growth in students.
<\/span><\/li> - Integrate biblical principles into instruction and classroom discussions.
<\/span><\/li> - Assess student progress through a variety of instructional methods and provide meaningful feedback.
<\/span><\/li> - Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div>- A clear testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education and agreement with our school's Statement of Faith and community lifestyle statements.
<\/span><\/li> - Commitment to upholding the Christian mission and values of Lake Center Christian School.
<\/span><\/li> - Clear FBI/BCI background check.
<\/span><\/li> - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with an emphasis in one or more of the listed subject areas.
<\/span><\/li> - Valid state teaching license (or ability to obtain one).
<\/span><\/li> - Previous teaching experience in a secondary classroom.<\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
