• Salary: $80,000-$95,000

• $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Location: Berlin, CT

• 10-month + ESY program

• School-based schedule

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver instruction aligned with each student's IEP

• Supervise and support paraprofessional staff

• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and leadership

• Monitor student progress and adjust programming accordingly

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field

• CT Certification (165, 065, or 265)

• Experience teaching students with autism

• Knowledge of ABA in educational settings preferred
