Prism Academy sits on six scenic acres in Berlin, CT and provides a highly individualized, ABA-based educational experience for students ages 3-22. This is a collaborative, team-driven environment where educators and clinicians work side by side to create meaningful progress for every student.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver instruction aligned with each student's IEP
- Supervise and support paraprofessional staff
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and leadership
- Monitor student progress and adjust programming accordingly
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- CT Certification (165, 065, or 265)
- Experience teaching students with autism
- Knowledge of ABA in educational settings preferre
