What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized, engaging instruction that supports each student's learning goals
• Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with IEPs and curriculum standards
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet academic, social, and behavioral needs
• Inspire students to reach their full potential academically and personally

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Special Education certification required or in progress)
• Experience working with students with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and classroom management skills
