Job Requirements.
- New Jersey Teacher Certification or Certificate of Eligibility in applicable specialization
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience developing and implementing lesson plans.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Experience teaching within an urban environment is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated quantifiable and objective student performance gains.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, particularly with parents and community members.
- Self-reflective and an analytical problem solver.
- Openness to feedback, willingness to take personal responsibility, and a desire to learn.
- Ability to exemplify, advocate and operationalize the mission, vision, and core values of the school.
- Ability to effectively teach within a virtual classroom setting, as needed.
