CLASSROOM-TO-eLEARNING CONVERSION SPECIALIST — SHORT ASSIGNMENT
Axyde Analytics, LLC seeks a specialist to supply and explain two completed classroom-to-computer-based-training conversion examples and outline a practical conversion workflow for complex technical/legal content. Initial estimated effort: 3–5 hours.
DELIVERABLES
• Walk through two actual instructor-led/classroom-to-CBT projects you helped deliver.
• Explain source materials, redesign decisions, authoring approach, SME reviews, accessibility and testing.
• Provide a short recommended workflow and identify production assumptions and risks relevant to patent-examiner training.
• Validate a concise experience summary that accurately attributes each project. This assignment does not require building new courses.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE
Two actual classroom-to-CBT projects with clear attribution and permission to share examples. For each, identify employer/contracting organization, client, dates, audience, original classroom format, resulting CBT product, your contribution and substantiated results. Online delivery alone is not evidence of an instructor-led-to-CBT conversion. Technical, legal, regulatory or IP audiences are preferred.
Please provide releasable samples, demo links or redacted case summaries; identify ownership and who can authorize their use. Include a reference and indicate whether we may contact them. Describe relevant authoring tools, Section 508/accessibility testing and SCORM/LMS experience. Independent consultants and specialists working through a firm may apply.
ENGAGEMENT
Remote initial consulting assignment; Midlothian, Virginia is Axyde's administrative base. This is a short Axyde consulting opportunity supporting USPTO RFI ACQ-26-9999, not a Government appointment or an awarded delivery position. Selected work is paid under mutually agreed written scope and fee before work begins. No minimum hours or follow-on work is guaranteed. Any additional delivery work depends on award, funding, need and mutual agreement.
