Camp counselors plan and implement literacy-based activities centered around weekly themes such as movie-making, engineering, and magic. These activities include arts and crafts, yard games, journaling, and more. Counselors will work as a team to facilitate these activities, and will be responsible for one group of campers.

Duties/Responsibilities

Working with the CLC Camp Director, develop lessons and activities for camp. Facilitate camp programming. Working with co-counselor, support groups of 12 campers. Communicate with families about campers' days. Other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Some high school Previous work with children. Some coursework in education preferred

Compensation Pay Range: $12-15/hour
