The Clean Freak Companies, LLC; a locally owned and operated Merry Maids franchise is currently hiring for the position of Clean Freak / Cleaning Technician. Our Cleaning Technicians are highly paid and tipped cleaning professionals who, after receiving extensive on-the-job training, are knowledgeable and able to complete their assigned work orders in a thorough manner.

Were looking for that super hard-working, dedicated, hands-on person who can quickly and positively mesh with our culture of ethics, hard work, commitment, family, and outstanding service to our customers.

We are a small, locally owned and operated franchise business with a big name, that has been serving the residents of The Grand Strand for over 20 years. We believe in a strong work ethic, creating a family environment, and treating people with dignity and respect. We dont do drama, and dont expect our Team Members to do it either! We maintain a positive and encouraging work environment and expect the same.

What we do, and dont do:

1. We dont do drama and do not tolerate gossip

2. We pay above-average wages

3. We treat our Team Members with dignity, respect, and care ... and expect the same.

4. We hire permanent, year-round positions, both full-time and part-time depending on your scheduling needs.

5. Employment with us is NOT SEASONAL! We DO NOT LAYOFF employees!

What our Clean Freaks (Cleaning Technicians) do:

1. Report to the office each morning with a smile on their face

2. Load supplies and equipment

3. Participate in Team Meeting and receive daily assignments

4. Clean assigned homes. (Theres a lot to do, but dont worry. We will train you well!)

5. Return to office

6. Clean and restock supplies and equipment

Character and Skills:

1. The ability to work independently, and as a member of a well functioning Team

2. Good verbal and written skills

3. Outgoing and friendly personality with a big smile and shows kindness

4. The ability to take direction and instructions from others

5. Complete work in a thorough and complete manner

6. Reliable with a strong work ethic

7. Truth, Honesty, and Sincerity

8. Passion for a job well done and doesnt believe in shortcuts

9. Must have a history of job stability

10. Interested in learning and developing in order to advance to a higher position within the Company

Compensation: $550.00 - $750.00 per week
