TRC Talent Solutions is currently hiring for Packaging Technicians for our Technology-based client in Norcross, GA! We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have an aptitude for working with electronic devices such as cell phones, laptops or PCs. This is a great opportunity to get started or expand your experience in the Technology and IT field!

Pay rate: $16/hr

Shift: 1st

• Inspect incoming devices for physical or shipping-related damage.
• Test device functionality and perform diagnostics as needed.
• Charge, replace, and verify battery units to ensure full device readiness.
• Load and configure software and network settings per customer specifications.
• Clean devices thoroughly to maintain appearance and quality standards.
• Repackage devices using approved materials and methods for safe transit.
• Accurately label devices and shipping containers to match project requirements.
• Document all work performed, including test results and configuration settings.
• Identify, log, and communicate issues or discrepancies to Project Leads and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in inventory tracking, including logging parts used and devices processed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE when required.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

• Previous experience with electronic devices or in a technical/repair role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of network configurations is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
