Clean Room Assembler - 1st Shift

Volt is hiring Clean Room Assemblers for a busy manufacturing facility in Camarillo CA.If you have assembly experience strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment we want to hear from youEssential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain a sterile environment by following CGMP guidelines and clean room procedures. Measure cut position and align tubing and small components for assembly. Clean work surfaces and equipment using alcohol and bleach solutions. Utilize hand tools such as cable guns tubing spreaders bag sealers tubing cutters and other assembly equipment. Read and interpret assembly drawings blueprints work instructions diagrams and technical documentation. Determine the sequence of assembly and complete products according to specifications. Follow Standard Operating Procedures SOPs quality standards and safety regulations. Complete required production documentation including batch and lot records. Inspect clean and verify components and finished assemblies. Report defects malfunctions or production issues to supervisors. Meet daily production and quality goals. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required. Ability to read and understand technical documents mechanical drawings blueprints and Bills of Material BOMs. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to follow directions and seek clarification when needed.
