  • Place assembled devices into a curing area for a defined period and ensure proper handling and tracking during the curing process.
  • Inspect cured devices under a microscope to confirm they meet all quality and dimensional specifications, documenting results accurately.
  • Assist with packaging the product while still in the clean room, maintaining cleanliness and traceability throughout the process.
  • Support final packaging activities outside of the clean room, ensuring correct labeling, packing, and preparation for shipment.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with clean room and GMP requirements, including proper cleaning of tools and equipment when needed.
  • Follow all clean room procedures, gowning protocols, and documentation requirements for each step of the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with team members and support varying job duties as needed, including demo builds, new product introduction (NPI) builds, and assisting other functions across the facility.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues about production status, issues, or quality concerns and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Essential Skills

  • Proven experience working with small parts and performing detailed, hands-on assembly tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to follow instructions and document work accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow GMP, clean room procedures, and detailed manufacturing documentation.
  • High level of attention to detail and precision, especially when working under a microscope.
  • Comfort working in a fully gowned clean room environment, including adherence to strict hygiene and contamination control standards.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and small assembly tools safely and effectively.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with medical device assembly, including handling drug components and small tubing.
  • Familiarity with production environments that include multiple clean rooms or controlled manufacturing areas.
  • Previous exposure to quality inspection activities, including visual and microscopic inspection.
  • Ability to adapt to varying job duties, including demo builds, NPI builds, and cross-functional support.
  • Comfort with structured documentation, recording data, and maintaining accurate production records.
  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed and flexibility to support additional Friday shifts when offered.
