Our client in Hatfield, PA is growing and looking for skilled Assemblers to join their 2nd shift team (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM).
Pay: $19.80 – $22.00/hour

What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for assembling precision components and ensuring every product meets exact standards.
- Plan and organize assembly work using routing sheets and bills of material
- Assemble sub-components and complete meters using hand tools
- Perform final assembly steps after calibration (installing cans, fittings, labels)
- Vacuum seal and package finished products according to procedures
- Complete final assembly on electronic products (with training)
- Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the entire assembly process
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety protocols and work effectively in a team environment
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and bills of material
- Experience with hand tools (assembly experience a plus)
- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
