Operator I 2nd Shift Location: Irvine, CA
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Job Summary We are seeking Operator I candidates to support the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This role involves assembly, testing, inspection, and documentation while following strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities - Assemble, repair, and test medical devices and catheter components
- Work with small parts under a microscope
- Follow written procedures and manufacturing instructions
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality and FDA regulations
- Perform repetitive hand assembly tasks including grabbing, pinching, twisting, and pulling
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Preferred Qualifications - Medical device assembly experience
- Cleanroom manufacturing experience
- Microscope assembly experience
- Hand soldering experience
- Ability to maintain written and electronic documentation
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Physical Requirements - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working with small components under magnification
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements
