Clean Room Manufacturing Worker (Swing Shift)

Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking temporary Clean Room Manufacturing Workers to support production operations in a Class 100 clean room environment.

The role involves performing manufacturing and cleaning processes, product inspection, testing, packaging, and general production support while following strict GMP and clean room protocols.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing or clean room environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, follows procedures consistently, and is comfortable working the full swing shift while wearing clean room PPE.

Temporary Assignment: Temp-to-Hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Swing Shift- Monday through Friday 2:30pm- 11:00pm

Shift Differential- 10%

• Load and unload cleaning and manufacturing equipment
• Perform DI wash, ultrasonic wash, alcohol wiping, swabbing, drying, and cleaning processes
• Conduct leak checks, LPC testing, function testing, and flow testing
• Assemble, inspect, package, bag, and label products
• Operate air and electric drivers, bag sealers, and testing equipment
• Follow GMP, clean room procedures, and PPE requirements
• Cross-train and support other production areas as needed
• Assist with inventory and material handling activities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing, assembly, semiconductor, medical device, or clean room experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Orbital welding experience is a plus
• Swing Shift- Monday through Friday 2:30pm- 11:00pm

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands for assembly and handling small components
• Ability to wear full clean room PPE throughout the shift
• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Perform repetitive tasks in a production environment

For candidates in CA: The pay range for this position is $19.33 - $32.84 per hour, non-exempt.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
