Clean Room Production Associate

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clean Room Production Associate to join their team. As a Clean Room Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in a controlled environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Clean Room Production Associate

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $16.00/hr with an additional $2.50/hr shift differential for evening shifts

Shift: Evening shift, approximately 2 PM - 10 PM

What's the Job?

• Visually inspecting, cleaning, labeling, and packaging products in a clean room environment
• Following strict glove and gown protocols to prevent product contamination
• Receiving and staging products for manufacturing processes
• Maintaining cleanliness of tanks, walls, tables, and fixtures within the clean room
• Completing nonconformance reports accurately and reporting deviations to ensure quality standards

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent, or manufacturing experience in a clean room environment
• Minimum of 6 months related work experience preferred
• Ability to work with water, good dexterity, and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable wearing masks and gowns in a controlled environment
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
