Job Description:
Duties
  • Responsible for filling, capping, labeling, and completing batch records.
  • Put away Finished Good Inventory (FGI).
  • Perform kit assembly and product pouching.
  • Work closely with BMIA departments (LEGENDplex and ELISA) and cross-functional teams including Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, Custom Solution Team (CST), Packaging, ClientI, and Quality Control.

Skills
  • Adhere to all BSL2 safety policies, procedures, dress code, and health & safety guidelines.
  • Follow line clearance policies to prevent cross-contamination, mix-ups, and incorrect items being bottled.
  • Perform kit assembly and product pouching processes.
  • Perform bottling-related tasks including dispensing antibody solutions, capping, and labeling vials, tubes, or bottles.
  • Verify materials and documentation (e.g., concentrations, lot numbers) for accuracy.
  • Perform simple mathematical calculations.
  • Store finished goods under designated temperature conditions.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
  • Set up and prepare equipment for production operations.
  • Operate computer-controlled process equipment (e.g., filling line, lyophilizer, capping, and labeling machines).
  • Follow SOPs accurately to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain a clean work area and laboratory equipment in accordance with 5S guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate training records and complete required training on time.
  • Follow all GDP policies.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Education
  • High school diploma/GED or some college.
  • 6 months of experience in a laboratory, biotech manufacturing, or filling/bottling/packaging environment.
