What You'll Do:
- Clean ceilings, walls, and surfaces
- Pressure wash and paint as needed
- Sweep, tidy, and assist with general facility maintenance
- Contribute to a safe and productive work environment
Required Skills:
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper PPE use
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in industrial cleaning or maintenance
- Previous warehouse or industrial environment work
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior clean-up or maintenance experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial setting
- Reliable transportation preferred
