Job Title: Clean Up Crew Worker
Job Description
The Clean Up Crew Worker plays a key role in maintaining safe, clean, and organized construction and industrial sites. This position focuses on disposing of waste, performing general clean-up tasks, and supporting operations across multiple locations, including manufacturing and construction environments. The role involves physical, labor-intensive work and requires comfort with personal protective equipment (PPE), including occasional use of full body suits and respirators.
Responsibilities
  • Dispose of waste and debris safely and efficiently at various construction and industrial sites.
  • Perform general clean-up duties, including sweeping, trash removal, and site organization.
  • Support clean-up and labor activities at multiple locations, including manufacturing facilities and construction sites.
  • Use basic hand tools to assist with clean-up and general labor tasks as needed.
  • Work in confined or tight spaces while following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Handle chemicals in accordance with training and regulatory requirements, including HAZWOPER guidelines.
  • Wear appropriate PPE, including bunny suits and respirators, when required by specific job sites.
  • Follow competency-based training programs and safety training, including 40-hour HAZWOPER, to perform duties safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of site conditions, especially in hot weather and demanding environments.
  • Work extended shifts of 8-12 hours and occasional Saturdays to support project timelines and overtime needs.
Essential Skills
  • Experience working in general labor or labor-intensive roles.
  • Background in construction labor, cleaning, janitorial, or related physical work.
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environments; training will be provided if needed.
  • Comfort wearing a respirator when required.
  • Comfort wearing a full body bunny suit when required.
  • Ability to work safely in confined or tight spaces.
  • Willingness to complete 40-hour HAZWOPER training.
  • Capability to perform physically demanding work for 10+ hour days when needed.
  • Basic proficiency with hand tools used in construction and clean-up tasks.
  • Reliability in adhering to early morning start times and variable shift lengths.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with sweeping, trash removal, and general site clean-up.
  • Exposure to construction sites or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with confined space work practices.
  • Basic understanding of chemical handling procedures.
  • Interest in obtaining certifications related to environmental, safety, or industrial work, supported by employer-paid training.

Work Environment
This role is based on various construction and industrial sites, including manufacturing environments, where conditions can be physically demanding and may become extremely hot during the summer months. Team members work Monday through Friday, typically between 8-12 hour days, with some Saturdays required depending on project needs. Start times are usually early in the morning, between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The work environment involves frequent use of PPE, and workers must be comfortable wearing full body suits and respirators when required, although not every site will mandate this equipment. Tasks are performed in tight and confined spaces at times, and safety protocols, including HAZWOPER training, are integral to daily operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
