Clean Up

The Clean Up position helps maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, bathrooms, and kitchen.

Duties:

• Clean up spills, including drinks, broken glass, and bio-hazardous waste.
• Maintain bathrooms.
• Vacuum floors.
• Clean lights, railings, and brass.
• Empty refuse containers.
• Wipe down counters, machines, and tables.
• Use all cleaning chemicals within the department.
• Clean kitchen areas, ware washing, equipment washing, and heavy-duty mat washing.
• Follow procedures and controls for the kitchens, including safeguards against damage, pilferage, breakage, and spoilage.
• Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are followed and report unsafe or unsanitary conditions to management.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Prior experience is preferred
• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• Must be able to lift twenty pounds on a regular basis
