We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and disciplined individual to join our team in the Buffalo, NY region!
Position:Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician
Compensation: $18 - $22/hour (based on experience) Full-time 40 hours a week
Key Responsibilities of the Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician role:
- Schedules, coordinates, monitors, and performs all janitorial duties and assist with light maintenance duties at designated site.
- Maintains the overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of the property, indoors and outdoors.
- Ensures thorough and proper cleaning of all common areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.
- Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks.
- Performs snow removal and landscaping if needed and assigned.
- Assists with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.
- Regularly inspects the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained.
- Works professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team.
- Performs other duties as assigned and commits to promoting company culture, mission and values.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years’ minimum experience related to grounds, janitorial, light maintenance and building systems.
- Experience in property management is a plus!
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to respond to On-call.
- Required use of a personal cell phone (reimbursement included).
