Duties Description Position Summary:
SUNY Cortland is accepting applications for full-time Cleaner positions as part of an ongoing recruitment effort to establish a hiring pool for current and future vacancies. Applicants will be contacted for interviews as needed, and those who advance will be added to the hiring pool. This pool will be used to fill vacancies as they arise. Work schedules will vary depending on position availability.
Cleaners perform a variety of routine manual tasks that require light to heavy physical effort. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining assigned areas within residence halls, academic buildings, and the surrounding campus grounds and sidewalks. By contributing to this essential work, you will play an important role in creating a safe, clean, and vibrant environment where our campus community can thrive.
