Location: Indianapolis, IN 46227
Schedule: Current: Monday & Thursday
Transitioning to: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (start date to be determined)
Shift Options:
o 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
o 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Job Summary
Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our evening cleaning team in
the Indianapolis area. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently,
takes pride in maintaining clean and professional environments, and values consistency and reliability.
In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility by performing
routine commercial cleaning tasks. Your work plays an important role in creating a positive environment
for employees and visitors while ensuring the facility is ready for the next business day.

Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned work areas Empty trash and replace liners Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces Replenish paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management
Qualifications
Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods Dependable attendance and punctuality
Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
Drug screening and customer-specific requirements may apply at certain locations
