About the Role

North Co Commercial Cleaning is hiring two cleaners for a recurring retail cleaning route across the Atlanta metro. The store name is released after onboarding. This is occasional, foot-in-the-door work — a great way to add income around your current schedule, not a full-time or part-time job. Visits repeat on a set cycle, you're paid per visit per location, and payment moves fast when the work is done right.

This Is a 2-Person Job — Read This Part

Every visit runs with two cleaners on site — one on the glass, one on floors/dusting/trash, and whoever finishes first jumps in, so you leave as a team. Each cleaner is paid their own full rate — you are NOT splitting the listed pay. We're hiring two people independently for the two spots — the soonest confirmed spots win. We prefer the two hires not be related or in a relationship, so there's always coverage for every visit. You're welcome to bring your own helper, but a helper splits YOUR spot's pay with you.

• Window Washing: $30 each (confirmed) | Commercial Cleaning: $55 each (expected same visit — final confirmation pending)
• If both run: you each earn $85 for the visit
• Averages about $30–40/hr per person (windows only) or $28–38/hr (combined visit)
• Recurring: windows monthly, store clean every 3 months

3. North Point Mall — 1000 North Point Circle, Alpharetta, GA 30022

Schedule note: For locations without a set date, tell us which days you CANNOT work so dates can be built around your availability. Set dates are firm — the store sends a manager to let us in, so they don't move.

Pay

• Rates above are per person — every cleaner on site earns the full listed amount for each service completed.
• Effective hourly typically lands $28–40/hr per person.
• Everything runs through our app: check-in on-site, before/after photos, and check-out. When it's all done right, payment usually lands within 24–48 hours — the goal is same day, once the store manager confirms the work.
• Gas: Depending on how far you live from a location, we may pitch in some toward gas — worked out during onboarding based on distance.
• Parking: Reimbursed only with a receipt showing date, time in, time out, place, and total price.

Time on Site (2-person crew)

• Commercial Cleaning: about 1.5–2 hours
• Window Washing: about 45 minutes–1 hour
• Move with purpose and do it right — finishing efficiently raises your effective hourly.

The Work

Commercial Cleaning: Sweep, dust-mop, vacuum, and mop all floors, including corners and edges; remove gum and stickers; dust shelving, fixtures, ledges, and vents; wipe counters and display cases; empty trash and replace liners; clean and disinfect the restroom, if present.

Window Washing: Entry and storefront glass, inside and out, with a scrubber and squeegee; polish handles, sills, and doorplates; remove webs, gum, and tape; detail all edges and corners; wipe ledges dry.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Prior cleaning experience — commercial or residential is fine, as long as you know how to clean
• Window washing experience with a scrubber and squeegee — required for any window job
• Reliable personal transportation — if your vehicle breaks down often or you share it, you need a backup plan
• Able to work the route — all locations, not pick-and-choose
• Able to track multiple dates and locations over text
• Strong communication — checking in, responding, keeping us updated
• Comfortable completing a standard onboarding screening

Supplies

Bring your own supplies for a per-visit bonus: $10 commercial cleaning, $5 window washing, $15 if you bring both. North Co can also provide everything — no bonus, and either way is fine. Tell us what you have: all, some, or none.

Commercial Cleaning: Mop and bucket (or flat mop with extra pads), broom and dustpan, and/or dust mop, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, restroom cleaner.

Window Washing: Window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass cleaning solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, scraper or razor, bucket.

Optional but handy: Step stool or short ladder for window tops and high dusting — an extension pole works too.

Dress Code

Slip-resistant shoes required — we'll help you get a pair if needed. Clean, plain blue or black shirt until your North Co branded shirt at 3 months. Jeans or non-athletic shorts — nothing ripped, no sweatpants, nothing revealing. Gloves optional. Jewelry minimal. Hat on or hair tied back. Arrive clean and presentable.

Photos & Check-Out

Before/after photos of every area, checked in and out through the app, and a final walkthrough with the store manager before you leave. This is how the work is verified and how you get paid fast.

Communication — #1 Priority

Confirming dates, showing up, and responding to texts is the single most important part of this job. If you can't make a date, we need to know ahead of time — every time.
