Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or program support roles, ideally in IT services/staffing environments.

• Proven experience coordinating with large teams (25+ resources) across distributed locations.
• \n
• Strong organizational skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting; PowerPoint for status decks.
• \n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with client stakeholders.
• \n
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, SharePoint, or similar tracking/ticketing systems preferred.
• \n
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple threads simultaneously, and drive follow-through without heavy supervision.
• \n
• Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable pushing for updates and holding people accountable in a professional, collaborative way.
• \n
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; PMP/CAPM or similar certification is a plus but not mandatory.
