Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Sanford, FL. This role focuses on intensive cleaning tasks that go beyond routine services, ensuring that every corner of our clients’ properties is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and revitalized.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
- Clean neglected or hard-to-reach spots such as baseboards, vents, behind appliances, and high surfaces
- Carry out specialty cleaning tasks such as grout scrubbing, stain removal, and carpet or upholstery care
- Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all company procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients regarding project updates or special requests
- Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Requirements
- Previous experience in deep cleaning (residential or commercial) preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety standards
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Seminole County
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with carpet extraction, floor stripping, and waxing
- Training or certification in sanitation or specialty cleaning (a plus)
