This is a hands on role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and value delivering excellent service to clients in their homes.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a positive company image through professional and friendly client communication.Clean and sanitize residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedroomsDust, vacuum, mop, and maintain overall cleanliness of client homesWash, dry, fold laundry Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clientsClean company owned supplies and equipment daily Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures to ensure quality serviceProperly dispose of trash Alert management to any customer feedback, supply needs, or safety concernsOccasionally use email or calendar apps to manage appointments or communicationProvide excellent customer service and uphold the company's brand standardsResponsible for securely managing clients' home access codes and keys, and for maintaining strict confidentiality of client information while performing duties.Perform other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsExperienceAt least 1 year of professional housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferredAt least 1 year of general customer service experience is preferredStrong customer relationship and service skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficientlyHigh school diploma or GED preferredSchedule & Employment TypeThis is a full-time position, with work generally scheduled on weekdays.
