We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and staff. The ideal candidate will have cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff and assign daily duties
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and assist employees with cleaning procedures
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address customer concerns and cleaning issues
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed
- Maintain schedules, checklists, and other records
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience required
- Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
