Local Reality Company / Cleaning Supervisor
Pay: $17/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard. This position will supervise cleaning staff, coordinate daily assignments, inspect completed work, manage supplies, and ensure all cleaning procedures and safety standards are followed. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial cleaning or supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cleaning staff
- Assign cleaning duties and monitor employee schedules
- Inspect facilities to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
- Train and provide guidance to cleaning team members
- Ensure proper use of cleaning products, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request materials as needed
- Address customer concerns and resolve cleaning-related issues
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed to meet operational needs
- Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain records, schedules, and cleaning checklists
- Communicate with management regarding staffing, supplies, and facility needs
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience required
- Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a cleaning team
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
