As a valued member of our team, you'll help maintain clean, professional facilities that employees, customers, and visitors can enjoy every day.

What You'll Do

As a Cleaner, you'll help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our facilities by:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning floors and surfaces
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other high-touch areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, walls, floors, and fixtures
• Restocking restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
• Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, break rooms, and meeting rooms
• Cleaning and sanitizing furniture, equipment, and other shared surfaces
• Reporting maintenance concerns or repairs to your supervisor
• Following company safety procedures and properly using cleaning equipment and supplies
• Assisting with special cleaning projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
