Local Reality Company / Cleaner
Pay: $12.50
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain clean, sanitary, and presentable properties. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and be able to work efficiently while following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean surfaces throughout the property
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and other surfaces as needed
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks when required
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or supply needs to management
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
