The Cleaning Attendant is a critical position that demonstrates a passion for maintaining the gym facilities, amenities, and equipment in a “like-new” condition always. The care into delivering “clean and crisp” throughout the gym is essential in ensuring a welcoming, safe, and healthy operation. That care creates a warm, kind, and hospitable environment for team members and members alike.
Reports to:
Responsibilities:
- Greets all members & guests with a smile
- Knows club facility, services and schedules
- Performs cleaning activities in accordance with the cleaning playbook and checklists
- Operates with a sense of urgency to ensure cleaning requirements are completed in a timely manner
- Maintains a professional and courteous disposition
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
Competencies:
- Strives to execute at a level to exceed performance expectations
- Passionate about maintaining cleanliness to “hospital-like” standards
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrates knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings

Physical Demands:
- This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours. S/he must also be able to safely climb a ladder when needed.
Required Education and Experience:
- Cleaning experience in a service-oriented environment is desirable
- On the job training is provided
- CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire
Compensation Package:
- Part-time and full-time positions are available
- Full time employees are eligible for a free gym membership
