Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Make beds, replace linens, and restock supplies as needed.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the property.
- Dispose of trash and recycling promptly.
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
- Keep the housekeeping and linen areas organized and well-stocked.
- Inspect all rooms and ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards
- Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience
Requirements
- A true team player — willing to help and communicate effectively.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently and maintain a high level of performance
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle repetitive motion tasks.
- Reliable, efficient, and attentive to detail.
- A positive attitude and pride in maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality
- Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods
